Yes. At this time our fees are prorated per visit and there currently is no annual Membership Fee for new patients or existing patients.

Yes. Phone consults are available when an in-office visit is not necessary for diagnostic purposes. Whether or not this is an option is deter¬mined on an individual basis. An in office follow up is required if your initial new patient visit is completed via telehealth. description

Yes. Dr. FitzGerald prescribes traditional pharmaceuticals. She also advises and prescribes natural therapies including nutritional supplements, herbal medicines, and home administered natural remedies. During your course of treatment your need for prescription medications will hopefully diminish. As you get healthier, Dr. FitzGerald may advise that you speak with your specialists and other prescribing providers about adjusting the doses of certain medications you are taking.

First visits are typically a 60-90 minutes and return visits are 30–60 minutes.

The frequency of appointments varies based on the condition being treated. Most commonly though, Dr. FitzGerald will see you for a follow up appointment within 1 month after your initial visit to go over lab or test results. Sometimes you will require follow up every 2-3 months until your condition is resolved or stable. For patients with ongoing concerns, Dr. FitzGerald may continue to manage care as long as patients are evaluated once every one to two years in person.

When needed, Dr. FitzGerald advises patients to use high quality, pharmaceutical grade products. Many of the brands recommended can only be found at local health food stores or through health care practitioners. Dr. FitzGerald creates personalized plans for her patients through her Fullscript Dispensary account where you can view, learn about, and purchase what has been recommended and have products shipped directly to your home. After your visit, you will be given access to the Dispensary. If there are other items you are interested in but need permission to access for purchase, you can send us a message under our Contact page or through your patient portal. Sometimes your Fullscript plan will be updated by Dr. FitzGerald after follow up visits. When this happens a new message will be sent to you directly through the dispensary.

No, but most insurance companies will reimburse “out-of-network” for services that are rendered. After your appointment you will be sent a statement for your visit via the patient portal with information needed for you to submit to your insurance company. Patients can submit this to their insurance plans, HSAs, or FSAs. Payment information is collected prior to your visit to hold your appointment and payment is processed and collected in full on the day of your visit.

Cancelling or rescheduling a new patient appointment requires two full business days’ notice. Cancelling or rescheduling a new patient appointment without 2 days notice will result in a late fee of $100. Cancelling or rescheduling a follow up appointment requires one full business day. Cancelling or rescheduling a follow up appointment without proper notice will result in a charge of $65.

Turn right onto Route 35 and proceed for approximately two miles. 100 Danbury Rd. is on the left, directly behind the Union Savings Bank, and directly across Danbury Road from the Gulf gas station. We are in building 100B in the back. Use the MAIN entrance on the right-hand side of the building as you approach from Danbury Road; Suite 102 is on the first floor. FROM THE HUTCHINSON PARKWAY NORTH/ I-684N or ROUTE 35: Take the Hutchinson Parkway North to Exit 6/ Route 35/ Cross River, turning right from the off-ramp onto Route 35.
